How we gave voice to the future of women’s cycling with the #RideMyDreams project

When U.C. Giorgione entrusted us with the task of sharing their vision, we knew we had to look beyond the surface of competitive sports. We needed to strike a chord of true inspiration.
This is how #RideMyDreams was born—a campaign and a value manifesto we developed to give voice to the team’s young athletes, transforming their daily training into a universal narrative of growth, determination, and self-awareness.

A declaration of love to the future and to talent
The first step in building this project was redefining the very concept of training and hard work. Within the copywriting strategy we developed, every single bike ride ceases to be a mere athletic exercise and becomes a ritual of transformation.
Through powerful and evocative language, we aimed to elevate effort into a state of grace, where sweat turns into freedom. Behind every athlete lies a dream, and mile after mile, our communication goal was to give visual and textual shape to those goals, celebrating cycling as the ultimate expression of self-actualization.

In a sports landscape that is often focused solely on numerical performance, through #RideMyDreams we wanted to position U.C. Giorgione as a true “guardian of the future.” The club’s mission, amplified by our content strategy, is to nurture ambition and protect the wonder of these athletes.

The key message conveyed to the girls, and shared with the digital community, is a profound lesson in resilience: feeling afraid before a demanding challenge is normal, but having courage means clipping into the pedals and riding anyway.
